How do members get access?
Admins send an email invitation. Members click the link, set a password, and they're in — no app store needed.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Each club gets its own custom domain (e.g. fleet.yourclub.co.uk). Just point your DNS at us.
What happens if a member misses their slot?
Admins can mark bookings as no-shows from the admin panel. Members receive automatic 24-hour reminders.
Is our data shared with other clubs?
No. Every club is completely isolated — members, bookings, and settings are never shared.
Can we track fuel costs per member?
Yes. Admins log litres and cost per trip, filter all unbilled bookings, and email itemised statements.
