How quickly can we get set up?

Do members need to download an app?
No. Members open the link in their phone browser and tap 'Add to Home Screen' — it installs and works exactly like a native app, with no app store or download.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes — every club gets a custom domain (e.g. fleet.yourclub.co.uk) with automatic SSL. Members see your club's login page, your logo, your colours — and even members who sign in from nauticore.co.uk are handed over to your domain automatically.
Do members get booking reminders?
Yes. Members who opt in get a text the moment they book, and a reminder at 6pm the evening before their session — plus optional email reminders. Fewer no-shows, no chasing.
What do texts cost?
Automated texts — booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers, and urgent staff alerts — are included. Broadcasts to the whole club draw on a shared allowance of 500 texts a month, with one-off top-up packs from £7 if you need more. Texts arrive from your club's own sender name.
What is the AI Report Builder?
Ask a question in plain English — "fuel cost by boat this year", "who no-showed most this season" — and it builds the chart from your live club data. Email it to the committee in one click, or schedule it to arrive automatically every week.
What happens when a booking is cancelled?
The next member on the waitlist is automatically notified and given 30 minutes to claim the slot. If they don't respond, it moves to the next person — no admin involvement.
Can we track fuel costs per member?
Yes. Admins log litres and cost per trip. At month-end, filter unbilled sessions by member and send itemised email statements in a single click. Members see their own running statement in the app.
Is our data shared with other clubs?
Never. Each club's data is completely isolated — members, bookings, fuel records, and settings are entirely private. Member communication preferences are recorded with a full consent audit trail for GDPR.
